Lucy Purdy is a communications and brand planner with a background in senior planning roles in global advertising agencies. Previously UK Board Director for Strategic Planning at Publicis UK, Lucy also spent 8 years in the USA as a Planning Director at Young & Rubicam New York, and then at J Walter Thompson New York.
Lucy is a Fellow of the Institute of Direct Marketing and a Member of the Marketing Society.

Colin Buckingham is a business and marketing strategist with a background in senior management in international research organisations. Previously CEO UK and CEO Global Business at WPP’s Research International Colin was also International Marketing Director with ACNielsen.
Colin is a Member of the MRS and a Member of the Marketing Society.

Beth Clayden is a brand strategist with a background in television, advertising and design. She was previously a Director of Brand Strategy at Interbrand, Director of Planning at Publicis and a Head of Research at Carlton TV. During her career she has worked for a number of ad agencies and design companies with a diverse range of b2b and consumer clients.

Soma Roskilly is a market researcher with a background in developing consumer insights for media and research agencies. Previously Research manager at Illuminas, Soma has also spent 6 years at Mediaedge:cia, half of which was heading up the insights and ROI (return on investment) department in Australia.

Colin Moyer is an experienced market researcher with a specialism in turning data from multiple sources into strategic and tactical insights for business. Colin is an expert in advanced analytics. Before joining Rainmakers, Colin was a Director in the Technology and Consumer Divisions of TNS-Research International. He has a PhD in Analytics in Archaeology from Cambridge.
